After discussion amongst our Trustees and CRL it has been decided that we should continue to receive the Food pantry boxes as their is a real need in the village. We will be doing these differently though due to keeping the village hall a sterile experience for the Trustees and Volunteers. We have done a risk assessment and have reduced the number of volunteers to a max of 4 We will be handing the boxes out by the side door. We will contact you when your box is ready to pick up, and request that you come then or make arrangement of a time suitable during the time we are at the hall.
We request that payment is put in an envelope with your name on and the amount inside. We ask that you approach the table by the door and drop your money enverlope into a box that is provided. or you can pay via our PayPal account:
harristonvillagehall@gmail.com please mark it as friends and family or we get charged extra, to keep costs down we ask you use this method. You can then take your food box that will be on the table and take it under the shelter to pack in your bag or take your food box with you and return the empty box either that day or the following week.
We ask that only one person comes into the side garden at a time and remember to social distance when inside. if you are sheltered and unable to come out of your house, we can arrange for your box to be delivered to your address.
