We received the new updated lease on Wednesday, we had a check through it then had to find a witness to watch us sign it, as it is a commercial lease and it is not like the leases held in the past that were done through Derwent and Solway. This has all been done through Solicitors and this is why it has taken as long as it has. Considering we are now in the middle of May and we applied for the lease in January, this journey has been a long one, All we have to do now is wait for the keys to be handed over on a date to be arranged once the Solicitors finalise the deal. We are hoping that this will be done in the next week or so.
